Our wines
Bourgogne
Hautes Côtes de Beaune
- Our plot is on a slope with a good south exposure. It's a place where the soil is not very deep, which allows good yield management, and also gives exceptional power to this regional appellation wine. These red wines often have a dark hue, with fresh red fruit aromas in their youth, candied fruits and sometimes animal aromatic notes when they are more mature. They have a firm flavour, accentuated by good acidity and very present tannins.
