Bourgogne Pinot Noir

All the red wines of Burgundy come from the Pinot Noir grape variety. Bourgogne Pinot Noir comes from a plot located in the town of Savigny les Beaune, and is a wine that expresses, in a simple way, all the typical aromas of its variety with beautiful notes of red fruits. This wine is tender and fruity and can be enjoyed on most occasions.

Vinification

Bourgogne Pinot Noir is vinified in an open vat. After a period of maceration, the fermentation lasts more or less one week under controlled temperatures. For this cuvée, a quality of generosity is sought, above all.

Maturation

The wine is then placed in barrels or vats for a maturation phase lasting 9 to 12 months depending on the vintage.
