Savigny-les BeauneSolaris
Our ‘Solaris’ cuvée comes from the vines planted by my grandfather, Henri Maurice. Part of the harvest is vinified separately from the rest of the grapes in order to select only the most mature bunches and to obtain a very solar wine – hence its name, ‘Solaris’.
Notes of yellow fruits and exotic fruits are very marked, and its long finish makes it perfect for wine lovers.

Vinification
For this cuvée, the harvest is placed directly in barrels, so that the alcoholic fermentation takes place there. Once complete, the lees (obtained through fermentation) are stirred regularly in order to give the wine more richness on the palate. This bâtonnage allows us to obtain notes of exotic fruit and an almost buttery palate
