Savigny-Les-Beaune Moutier Amet
This plot is located behind our wine cellars, with the road separating it from the premier crus. Moutier Amet produces wines that display a beautiful red robe with hint of ruby. Its nose is most attractive where floral notes are paired with small red fruits and vanilla notes. The palate takes up those pleasant aromas that are both elegant and persistent, carried by wonderful freshness. The structure is present and well integrated: these are fine and elegant wines with a lot of charm.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually and, because they are located so close to the estate, they are transported very quickly for vatting. Sorting is carried out on the plot as well as in the vat room; then, during alcoholic fermentation, the wines are closely monitored through temperature and tasting controls.
Maturation
The vatting period lasts about fifteen days. The grapes are then pressed, and the wine is transferred to barrels.
